Return and refund policies

How to Request a Return for Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, functional failure, damage, or missing parts, you are entitled to request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

So, please email us at support@velariexpress.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue (including photos or videos)

Once we review your case, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected at checkout. No additional fees will be charged for receiving your refund.


How to Return Products

  • Defective or damaged items: If the product is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

After contacting us, you will receive a return authorization code and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to send the product back through our logistics partner.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and any additional items included in the original shipment. Packaging costs are the customer's responsibility; we recommend reusing the original packaging if it is in good condition, or using a secure box that ensures the product's integrity during transport.
